As X-Treme Pro Staff Director of Sales, Chris Souders manages the entire X-Treme Bait Tanks Pro-Staff team. He is a seasoned flathead catfish angler, an accomplished tournament angler and a dedicated family man. The southern Ohio native was named Cabela’s King Kat Angler of the Year (AOY) in 2016. His strong work ethic and determination to succeed led him to repeat the AOY title in 2017. Chris credits his passion for fishing to his positive fishing experiences as a child and strives to pass that passion on to future generations. Chris believes that conservation starts with CPR (Catch, Photograph, Release) and educates people about the importance of this practice. To promote conservation effectively he believes anglers must hold themselves to high standards and be good role models for others.Chris shares his passion for catfishing on Slunger Cat Outdoors, a YouTube channel that he created to help people learn how to find and catch catfish. Raised on Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, Chris’ love of the water began at an early age with scuba diving. Being able to see fish up close underwater eventually led Chris to his passion for fishing. Smith Mountain Lake is known for stripers, and that’s what Chris focuses on, currently fishing the Striper Mafia tournament series, and other tournaments, as Team Bolt Fin-Atics. Chris’ wife Stacy is equally enthusiastic about fishing and together they work to continue their growth and knowledge of the fishing world, both fresh and saltwater, and support preservation and conservation of these natural resources.

  Rocky Drake Outdoors

Growing up as a country boy, hunting and fishing has always been a huge part of Rocky's life. Rocky spent his youth hunting small game and fishing ponds and creeks near his home in the Tennessee Valley. 

Rocky then traveled across the U.S and Canada, bowhunting moose, elk, caribou and other big game.

 In 1999 Rocky launched his T.V. show, "Rocky Drake Outdoors", a regional show which aired weekly for almost ten years. He also hosted "PSE Adventure Bowhunting" on the outdoor channel. 

Rocky has always had a passion for catching giant smallmouth bass using live bait. which Rocky refers to as "All-Natural Swimbait". With Guntersville, Wheeler. Wilson and Pickwick Lakes only a short drive, Rocky has access to world class fisheries.

A native of Lynchburg, VA, Brian grew up fishing lakes and streams across the Blue Ridge Mountains with his dad, who he credits for his love of fishing. These days Brian can be found most weekends targeting Striper on Smith Mountain Lake, fishing the Striper Mafia Tournament Series and other tournaments as part of Team Blue Ridge. Brian believes strongly in CPR (Catch Photograph Release) and conservation of fish populations for future generations of anglers. Daniel is a full time Guide in North Texas specializing in catching Striper, Small-mouth Bass and Trophy Blue Cats.

He grew up with a dad that guided for many years for Catfish. It's no surprise that this is the path that he has chosen. Tim Mulvihill is a building material salesman by profession in the Cincinnati, OH area, but can be found on the water a couple times a week. Fishing is what he loves, whether it's tournament Catfish, Striper fishing or Walleye fishing. Tim is a Cabela's tournament winner and winner of several local Catfish tournaments.  He is the current record holder for the Shattered Cat bumping rod with a 62lb Blue Cat. Marshall is the founder and tournament director for the Alabama Catfish Series. The majority of his tournaments are in the central to southern part of the state. Bryan Beauchamp is a USCG licensed Charter Captain on beautiful Lake Cumberland in Kentucky.  Captain Bryan specializes in striper fishing.  

With the love of the outdoors, Bryan has fished since childhood in farm ponds, and lakes all around.  He has devoted his adult life to being successful in whatever he puts his mind to.  Fishing has been that for him.  His successful charter guide service has produced many trophy size striper and has built a wonderful client base over the years.

 Born and raised in Gloucester, MA, Shawn began fishing at a young age and found it to be his calling. By age 14 he was working as a mate on boats and later became involved in Gloucester's thriving fishing scene, doing everything from dragging the Atlantic for groundfish such as Flounder and Cod, rod and reel fishing for Blue Fin Tuna, and pot fishing for Lobster.

  Resident of Washington county, PA, has been an angler his entire life. He thanks his father for inspiring his outdoor passion and teaching him the ropes. Alex is a catfishing guru. When not targeting monster Flathead catfish on the Ohio river, you will find him researching all aspects of the water system he is currently targeting. Alex’s secret; he prefers live, fresh-caught bait when fishing! He and his team are the winners of the 2022 Tri-State Hawg Hunters point series championship that is apart of ACA (American Catfish Association) division three. This year his team hauled in the largest three fish flathead weigh-in in the country! Setting the bar at 121.8 pounds (per the ACA)! Alex is a team first angler and says he “couldn’t do it,” without amazing friends. When Alex isn’t on the water you’ll find him lending a hand to anyone who needs help with anything.

Here is a little about myself. I was born in Oregon, Ohio near Lake Erie. My father has been teaching me about fishing since the age of 5. I fish for numerous kinds of species like walleye, yellow perch, bass, steelhead, crappie, bluegills and catfish off the shoreline and in my boat. I fish mainly the Western Basin of Lake Erie, Maumee River and the Sandusky River.  

I’m married and a father of 4. I love taking my kids out fishing and teaching them the ropes. My goal in fishing is to help as many people as I can and keep this sport alive for our next generation. As well I created a Facebook group September of 2020 called Ohio Fishing Adventures that’s growing daily, and I just became a Licensed Lake Erie Guide Sept 7, 2022. My Facebook group involves a bunch of friends, family, people who want/need or have fishing knowledge, Charter Captain’s and numerous bait shops. My Facebook group is where we share all of our fishing adventure’s, stories, reports and our fishing photos. This is a group as well where we can come to help each other out and give advice. As well I have opened up a bait and tackle shop called Ohio Fishing Adventures Bait & Tackle December 2022.
